Child stuck in Rajasthan borewell dies as days-long rescue operation ends

The five-year-old boy who had been stuck in a 150-feet-deep borewell in Rajasthan’s Dausa area passed away Thursday despite a 57-hours-long rescue operation pulling him out.

                   The police said that the kid was without food or water all this while and had stopped moving. As such, the boy, Aryan, had passed away even before he was rescued from the well.
