Constitution is our guiding light, has stood every test of time, says PM Modi

PM Narendra Modi described the Constitution as the guiding light that has stood the test of time even as he appealed to all Indians, especially students and the youth, to actively participate in the events that will be held in January to mark 75 years of the country becoming a republic.
