Delhi experienced its third straight day of cold weather on Wednesday, with a minimum temperature of 7.4 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 15 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). While the maximum temperature was four degrees below normal, the minimum remained within the usual range.
