Governor Biswa Bhushan Harichandan felicitated the gallantry award recipients of serving and retired personnel of the Eastern Naval Command at a function held at the Durbar Hall of the Raj Bhavan here on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said that honoring the gallantry awardees will take priority as the entire country is celebrating Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav on the occasion of 75 years of India's independence.
