Finance Minister T Harish Rao praised Hare Krishna Foundation's philanthropic services as providing free meals to around 65 thousand people a day in Telangana.
Minister Harish Rao on Sunday laid the foundation stone for the construction work of the cultural center of Harekrishna Foundation in Kandi of Sangareddy district.
On this occasion, Harish Rao said that the foundation has been doing many charity programs for years with the aim of community development and has been providing services to all communities without any discrimination.
Harish Rao said that providing meals to thousands of people every day is not an easy task and it is possible only with the foundation's selfless dedication and service motto.
The minister assured that the state government will always be ready to organize foundation service programs in the coming days.
Lok Sabha member Kota Prabhakar Reddy, former MLA Chinta Prabhakar, Hare Krishna Foundation Telangana and Andhra Pradesh regional president Satya Gouradas and others participated.
