Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said, that the State government will make use of the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) to elicit public opinion and feedback on implementation of various government schemes.
Mr. Naidu, on Sunday, said the government will collect feedback directly from beneficiaries through computer-based phone calls, asking them about the benefits they receive, the implementation of the schemes, and the quality of services. The IVRS calls will be made to beneficiaries to gather their opinion on how the schemes are being implemented.
