Kejriwal says, Cong finished, only AAP can fight BJP

By Our Special Correspondent

A day after high drama over his auto rickshaw ride in Ahmedabad, Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday hit out at the BJP and the opposition Congress, promising to deliver a corruption-free government in the state. The party came to power.

He asked the Gujarat police to refuse to follow "BJP orders for wrongdoing". Kejriwal responded to the BJP's claims that Narmada Bachao Andolan leader and activist Medha Patkar will be announced as AAP's CM candidate.

Saying that AAP is fielding Patkar as CM candidate in Gujarat is like saying that BJP is going to project Sonia Gandhi as Prime Minister Modi's successor. Kejriwal said that AAP will defeat BJP in the next Gujarat elections.

I promise the people of Gujarat that we will make it a corruption-free and fear-free state. He asked the voters not to waste their votes for the Congress as the party is nowhere in the race.

Kejriwal said that there are people who don't want BJP rule in the state and they don't want to vote for Congress, so we should get their votes as we are the alternative.

Launching AAP as BJP's main rival instead of Congress, Kejriwal said: “Congress is over. Stop taking their questions. People are clear about this. No one cares about their questions. "

"BJP is losing Raise Medha Patkar's name or someone else's name. Tell them that people want to know what they have done in the last 27 years and what they want to do in the next five years," he said.
