TDP Chief and Leader of Opposition Chandrababu Naidu said that once the TDP government comes to power, a new district will be formed with all the villages flooded by the project as Polavaram headquarters.
On Thursday, he toured the flood affected areas and spoke at Polavaram flooded villages in Velerupadu and Kukkanoor mandals of Eluru district.
