In various projects in Andhra Pradesh, luxury hotel chain Oberoi Group has invested an official statement said on Monday that it has come forward to invest Rs. 1,500 crores, thereby providing direct employment to 1,500 people.
President and Chief Operating Officer Rajaraman Shankar met Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at his camp office and expressed interest in investing around Rs 1,500 crore in AP.
Rajaraman Shankar explained the plans of Oberoi Group of Hotels in the state and expressed interest in opening hotels in Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Gandikota, Picchukalank and Horsili Hills besides operating a tourist center in Paderu region.
Oberoi Group the statement said that it has come forward to invest Rs1, 500 crores, thereby providing employment and employment opportunities to 1,500 people directly and 11,000 people indirectly, and the group is going to build all hotels with seven star facilities.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister directed the officials to provide all necessary permissions for the Oberoi projects in the state in a single window system. Rajat Bhargava, Special Chief Secretary of Tourism and Culture Department and CMO officials participated in this meeting.
