TTD cancels all privilege darshans from Sept 27 to Oct 5 due to rush of devotees

Keeping in view the rush of devotees, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) has canceled all special darshans from September 27 to October 5 on the occasion of Srivari Brahmotsavam.

TTD has also canceled VIP break (except individual protocol VIPs), special darshans, including parents of infants, security personnel, senior citizens, NRIs and physically challenged during Brahmotsavam.

Besides, accrued services, Rs. 300 SED tickets and trusts of Srivani and all other donors were also cancelled. Regarding accommodation, TTD has decided to allot 50 per cent rooms through current counters and others online in Tirumala.

TTD has canceled allotment of rooms online and offline even for donors keeping in view the huge number of devotees who are flocking to Garudaseva on September 30, October 1 and October 2.

TTD has appealed to devotees to book their accommodation in Tirupati as the auspicious month of Puratasi, along with the annual Brahmotsavam, anticipates heavy rush, as rooms available in Tirumala are scarce.

TTD said that after a gap of two years, devotees will flock to the divine festival in large numbers as Vahanasevas are being conducted with the participation of pilgrims in four Mada streets.
